Can I use Highcharts free of charge?

Can I use Highcharts on my website free of charge? My website is a non-commercial site designed to provide some services to members of my choir. There are about 50 authorised users. No-one else can access or see the site. The site generates no revenue whatsoever. All its expenses come out of my pocket.

As Wojciech suggested, I raised a support call with this question, and gave details of my site. They said that I qualified for non-commercial membership, and referred me to a form to fill in, which I did, but since then I have heard nothing.

Are universities, which are non-profit but generate revenue through tuition, eligible for the 'Free for Non-Commercial Use' License or they have to use Commercial Licensing?
