missing controls

I've just built a site using your fantastic software, but I've run into a slight problem.

It was working fine until I needed to add ajax pop-ups to the same page that includes image gallery pop-ups.

All the links pop-up fine, but now I have lost all the controls (previous, play, next , move and the mac style close button).
