unable to login

Hello. Possibly this is because of the update. I'm not able to log in. I've reset my password, used google account, tried different browsers. same thing... it just hangs on a white screen.

Many users has similar problems with cloud platform today, so we're working on it now and trying to solve all problems as fast as it is possible. I sent your report directly to cloud developers.

The problem is still occurs? If yes, try to change password again and wait a few minutes for email with change password information.

I am having similar problems.
- Changed password. Didn't help. Still getting the same error message: "Oops! The email or password is incorrect".
- Tried logging in via Google. Page displays message "Loading team", but nothing happens (page never loads)
- Tried two browsers

Thanks for letting us know about ongoing issues. Please send information with your problems directly to [email protected], then we would solve your cases individually and precisely look on them.

[EDIT]: You could also trying to log in to cloud now (we're working on this all the time), before sending report to support.
