Question Mark ? instead of £ Pound Sign

Hi,

There appears to be an encoding issue with the Cloud version of Highcharts, which is making the £Pound signs on my graphs show up as ?Question marks.

Please see this link

Strangely, when I view the graph within Highcharts Cloud, the £Pound signs show correctly, but when viewing using the embed URL, or when using the graph, it doesnt.

I look forward to some input.

Hi, propnology.

May I ask what character encoding the page has, and what character encoding your browser is set to use?

Best regards,

I have a similar issue. Not the pounds mark, but other extended characters like en-dash and umlauts.

Mac Safari set to default encoding, and my page is UTF-8 (<meta charset="UTF-8">).
The chart previews correctly on the Highcharts Cloud page, but doesn't render correctly on my page.

A quick look shows extended characters now appearing correctly. Thanks!
