Embed not working with google spreadsheet source

When I create a chart in Highcharts cloud, the embed function doesn't seem to work when the datasource is a google spreadsheet document. I get my chart and see the legend for the available series... but the chart itself just says: no data to display.

If i change the same chart to use a manually entered datatable, it seems to work fine.

Hi,

Sorry to have overlooked your post. If it's still relevant to you, please send me the link to your chart and I'll investigate this.

(It's supposed to work)

best regards,

Very strange, wrong wiring of cables perhaps?

Yes this is still an issue i think. I haven't checked in some time since we are using an alternative solution for this problem. Let me see if I have some time to reproduce the issue

Re: Embed not working with google spreadsheet source

Hi Gert,
This chart for example.

https://cloud.highcharts.com/show/aseqyg

<iframe class="highcharts-iframe" src="//cloud.highcharts.com/embed/aseqyg" style="border: 0; width: 100%; height: 500px"></iframe>

Seems to work fine, but when I use the embed link, it doesn't seem to work.
Another thing that points me to this is that the image in the overview for all the charts from this user is a default placeholder and not a preview of the chart like it is for other charts.

Also the hotlink images seem to give the default placeholder:
//cloud.highcharts.com/images/aseqyg/400.png
//cloud.highcharts.com/images/aseqyg/400.jpg
//cloud.highcharts.com/images/aseqyg/400.pdf
//cloud.highcharts.com/images/aseqyg/400.svg
