Tooltip in wrong position after resizing chart

In my application I have a highchart that I can maximise by clicking a button. After maximising the chart the tooltip associated with my chart line datapoint shows over the wrong datapoint (compared with where the mouse cursor point is). The first image shows before maximisation. The second image sh...

Highstock navigator does not show when published

Hi there, A quick question please? I've created a Highstock chart which seems to display correctly when editing. But when I publish the chart the navigator does not appear on the published chart. Is this expected behaviour? Or is this user (i.e. me) error? A config/parameter/switch I need to set per...

Re: Column drilldown using Google sheets

Hi Pawel,

Many thanks. It seems that data from Google sheets SeriesMapping works for Chart type "Treemap" but not for "Column" or other types. Is that correct?

kind regards

Column drilldown using Google sheets

Protective apologies. I suspect this is an easy thing to resolve. But I'm unclear about how to create a column drilldown chart from a Google sheet. The following JSFiddle shows how to do it using seriesMapping for a Treemap http://jsfiddle.net/t9goyd46/1/ . However, I can't infer how to use SeriesMa...

Re: Google sheets to AreaRange

Clarification: I said in the original post that "I'd like to use data from columns 1 and 2 from the Google sheet to represent the range. And data from column 3 to represent the line". Strictly speaking this might be wrong if x-axis data was in column 1. In this case the value/measured data...

Google sheets to AreaRange

I'm trying to understand how to use Google sheets data so that I can see an AreaRange chart (that shows a range) with a line chart also showing. I can access Google sheets data but I'm struggling how to apply "seriesMapping". I'd like to use data from columns 1 and 2 from the Google sheet ...

Re: Google sheets with scatter3d

Pawel,

Thanks again. My mistake. I was not clear. I meant draggable with respect to scatter3d. Any guidance on how to do this with the "customise" tab in the cloud platform would be really great.

Re: Google sheets with scatter3d

Pawel,

One last question please? Is it possible to implement dragging from the cloud platform? I'm guessing the cloud platform might "complain" a bit. JQuery references and isn't the draggable capability a plugin?

Re: Cloud - publishing a chart

Hi there,

Ok I've resolved this. I need to - of course - make the chart public BEFORE trying to publish. Doh. User error. At least I'm self-diagnosing my own stupidity. Thanks again. Really enjoying the new interface/platform. regards Sam

Cloud - publishing a chart

Hi there, A quick question please? I'm struggling to publish charts on the new cloud platform. I create a new chart and manually enter some data (i.e. not Google sheet data) and maybe just enter a new chart title (to ensure I've made some editing changes). However, when I get to the publish section ...

Re: Google sheets with scatter3d

Pawel, Thanks for your previous help but I think I may have better understood this. For scatter3d it looks like you can use the seriesMapping option. Assume Google sheets has 4 series for charting where each column represents a variable for the scatter3d plot. That would mean 12 columns of data grou...

Re: Google sheets with scatter3d

Thank Pawel, Your help and guidance on the mouse events for rotation its really appreciated. And REALLY helpful. I have a question about how to create series from a single Google data sheet in scatter3d. This is so that I can individually format and process series data which is important when trying...
