line between two data points

Postby livni » Mon Feb 20, 2012 8:45 pm

It is possible and easy to stretch a line between two points in a data series?
Is it possible between two bars in a candlestick chart?
Is it possible to control the line's color, thickness and style?

About @livni first two questions and @Sam0586's one: How about using 2nd (or more) line series? See: http://jsfiddle.net/YRqDt/
3rd @livni question: one line series can have only one color, line width, dash style, etc.

hi,
this may be very easy..but, in the response, you said:
"3rd @livni question: one line series can have only one color, line width, dash style, etc."

how can i simply change the line width for highstock line width from the default? i don't want
to use many line widths, just one that is thicker than the default.

thanx very much....pat

Just use lineWidth (http://www.highcharts.com/stock/ref/#pl ... -lineWidth), see the demo: http://jsfiddle.net/K8Gs3 keep in mind that lineWidth in hover state is defined here: http://www.highcharts.com/stock/ref/#pl ... -lineWidth
