Image Expansion Problems Using IE8

Postby jtshighslide » Sun Feb 12, 2012 8:25 pm

I am experiencing a problem with image expansion using IE8 that does not occur with IE7, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. All if this is happening on a PC running Windows XP.

Specifically, I have several small (480px by 360px and similar) among a group of larger (750px by 563px etc) images that expand into an 800px by 600px pop-up window. Using everything else, these smaller images expand proportionally and are surrounded by white space to fill out the pop-up. Using IE8, these images expand fully to fill the pop-up and, therefore, are fuzzy. The performance under the other browsers is, of course, what is desired.

Here's a link to the page, and the first four images are representative of the problem:

Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Hi JT,

I can't see the problem in your page, which leads me to believe that this will solve your problem: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1398

That worked, and I'll keep that solution in the "useful info" file for future use.

Thank you.
